Key Details


November 9-10: Arrival

Note: Please remember to book your flights to ensure you arrive on November 9-10

November 11:

  • Morning: Employee training on the week’s activities, followed by a tour of the facilities

  • Afternoon: Assistance may be needed at the hotel to welcome clients

  • Evening: You can invite clients to dinner, we'll provide buffet vouchers in the hotel you stay

November 12-14: Same schedule as our clients

November 15: Country managers will attend a senior meeting; other employees can sign up for a tour

Internal Meeting & Extended Stay: If you need to extend your stay in China, please get approval from your department director. And each department may arrange internal meetings in HQ respectively, please also confirm with your team leader

What We Cover

Airport Transfer & Accommodation

We will cover your airfare and arrange smooth airport transfers for your convenience and book your hotel stay for the period between November 9-16, depending on your arrival and departure dates.

Meals & Transportation

All meals and transportation during your stay in China will be covered and organized by GoodWe.

Visa Assistance / Arrival Documentation

We will provide an invitation letter to assist with your visa application. Even if your citizenship exempts you from visa requirements, you may be asked to present the invitation letter upon arrival in China.
